SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Zones

We currently ship to:

• All 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)
• Canada

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer UPS calculated rates based on service level for US orders.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected method, and product type.

Canadian Shipping

We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories via UPS. Please note: Canadian customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed upon entry. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are collected upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to carrier regulations and safety requirements, certain products have shipping limitations:

• Perfumes, candles, and aerosols: May ship via ground service only. Additional transit time and shipping costs may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

• Perishable food items: Ship via expedited methods only and cannot be sent to PO boxes. We are not responsible for spoilage due to carrier delays. Seasonal heat restrictions may apply during summer months.

• Fragile items: Carefully packaged with appropriate materials. Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier and our team within 48 hours at 505-699-1067hello@mountainstandardtime.co.

• Books and non-restricted items: Ship via all available methods with no special restrictions.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
