Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

A return for most items may be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition received.

Food Products, Body Products, Fragrances, Fine Art, Made to Order, Vintage and One-of-a-kind items are final sale and are ineligible for returns.

Contact hello@mountainstandardtime.co stating the reason for return. We will assist with the return process and are available Mon-Friday, 10-6. We will respond within 1-2 business days.

During the returns process you will be provided a return label to return your items. The cost of this label will be deducted from your total refund. Alternatively, you can take your return package to the shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend a shipping method that allows tracking to make sure it reaches us. We cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, and recommend you insure your package. Postage and insurance costs, as well as original shipping charges, are not refundable.

REFUNDS

Once we have received your return, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note, processing can take up to 2 weeks for returns.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at hello@mountainstandardtime.co and please state your reason for exchange and provide pictures of damage or defect. Many of our products are vintage or made by hand in small batches; these products may have natural imperfections or variations. Due to our one-of-a-kind products, your exchange could be delayed or unavailable if we are out of stock, or if that item is unique. We will always try to exchange for the exact item or try to make an alternative suggestion if available.
